Last Sunday, after visiting Swallow, our new favorite haunt in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, we hopped down a few feet to check out another equally amazing shop, Retrospect! Lora Sosna owns this charming venue which is filled with Edwardian and Gilded iconography along with a ton of fun and quirky statement pieces. Here are some shots of this glorious place!

By the way, I've begun my apartment hunt officially. After visiting Carroll Gardens I'm now thinking of moving there but I need a humongous space to house all my recently acquired furniture, not to mention my lengthy wardrobe..I'ts going to be tough finding a large space in nyc that won't break my bank, wish me luck!
In the meantime, I've listed my twice used Camel Suede Alexander Wang CoCo duffel on ebay for $500. I loved it sooo much but it's just not practical for my lifestyle..Check it out if you like, auction ends tonight!
Got this wicked patent leather, snake embossed Just Cavalli jacket, size 2, but I find it to be too snug on me so I must sell :-( It sculpts your body like no other though!
Saying goodbye to my beloved Marnis :-(

ReplyDeleteBefore you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you are. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parents' generation, try "delousing" the closet in your own room.
ReplyDeleteThe ensemble drama about young adults growing up in Beverly Hills is a blend of romantic drama and subject matter that
ReplyDeletecrosses all cultural boundaries. The storyline has followed the Walsh family as they moved from a middle-class Midwestern
neighborhood to wealthy and glamorous Beverly Hills, maturing from high school to college students, facing new challenges as
they continue to grow and discover more about themselves and their personal ambitions. As their worlds evolve, old
friendships will be tested as new relationships develop, but no matter how complicated their worlds become, they will always
share in their strengths and experiences.
