Gisela and I both hail from the Dominican Republic, so when we see another Dominican in the fashion industry we get very excited and don't know what to do with ourselves, LOL. That is the Dominican blood that runs through our veins and makes us nostalgic! Let me introduce you to Arlenis Sosa, a 19yr old Model from the Dominican Republic. Not only is Arlenis Sosa the new Face of LANCOME, but she just graced the cover of TIME MAGAZINE Style & Design Edition. This is a big accomplishment for any model and it proves that this cover has officially ranked Arlenis as one of the top models of the moment. With just about 2 weeks of signing with Marilyn Models this newcomer walked the catwalks of Oscar de la Renta and Christian Dior and was shot by renowned photographer Steven Meisel for Italian Vogue and American Vogue. Her career skyrocketed after those 2 weeks and right now there is just so much promise for this Dominican beauty. Arlenis, keep doing your thing girl and we will be in the sidelines cheering you on.
