Gisela and I have been obsessing about outerwear and having great jackets and coats. One of the big MUST HAVE TRENDS of this season is CAMEL...we have been seeing everywhere from the runways, to the streets. My first interaction with camel that I could remember was in Junior High School. My mom has always been into fashion and Interiors, so I guess I got it all from her. But, she had gotten me 2 pea coats from the GAP...one of them in Navy and the other in Camel. I was obsessed with these coats since they went with everything...I used to pair them with cute stocking and miniskirts, or trousers and loafers...it was one of my fav. staples as a kid. Since, then I always passed down coats to my little sisters. When I first starting building my closet last year I got rid of tons of coats and I had a particular one that I wasn't using much since I am petite. I had told my sister she can borrow it and she loved it so much it became hers. She has been wearing it ever since!
Miroslava in Chloe looking amazing!!!
More fashion week takes of Camel Coats....
Loving this camel with all the gold military embellishments!
This girl looks so effortless with her camel coat.
So let's start shopping or even hitting the Goodwills and thrift stores to find the ultimate camel or cape coat.

That is a really nice coat that you gave to your sister. Camel is something I will have to admire for other people, the color looks heinous on me.
ReplyDeleteWow! I bookmarked that coat from Stockholm Street Style the other day. Absolutely love the shape and the cuffed short sleeves!!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I'm loving the new header/logo...or am I just late? :)
I love the hood on your sisters cape, such a great detail x
ReplyDeleteI second the fashion motion! The cape does add a beautiful alluring detail to the otherwise usual fashion staple.
